Grundthemen der Literaturwissenschaft: Literaturdidaktik

This volume is dedicated to central questions of literary didactics and discusses important topics and concepts. In contrast to other relevant monographs or anthologies, the aim is to provide an introduction to cross-philological issues in the didactics of literature. Firstly, selected historical lines of development are traced, both from the history of the teaching of literature in the classical languages and the didactics of literature in German and English. Central questions address areas of literary didactics and outline literary objects and concepts using selected examples. Finally, with a view to interdisciplinary concepts and broader discourses, the book is categorised within a larger frame of reference.
