The number of women starting a business in Switzerland is very low. Only nine percent of all those who become self-employed with a start-up are women. This book features female entrepreneurs who have taken the plunge in the last five years with an innovative business idea or solution and founded a company. It presents start-ups and their female founders from a wide range of industries (FinTech, health, communication, society, etc.). All the featured women were photographed by the photographer Tabea Reusser specifically for this book. The circumstances were not entirely easy; the keyword "Corona" suffices as an explanation.
