GreenTopf

In the expanded edition, the Greentopf features 48 additional pages of content. This popular cookbook has been enhanced with 10 delicious recipes and includes 16 more pages of factual information, such as the vegetarian food pyramid and an overview of herbs, spices, and preparation methods. At the request of many, the ingredient list has also been integrated into the book. Initiated by teacher Franziska Stöckli, the first edition of the Greentopf was created in 2019 in collaboration with the Hiltl Academy. The students engaged with their food biographies and describe memories of culinary experiences in their portraits. The class also contributed to the selection of recipes provided by the Hiltl Academy. The Greentopf is a multicultural cookbook featuring vegetarian and vegan recipes from around the world, shaped by the ideas and preferences of young people.
