Product details

When the lamp oil ran out, the dancing snow ignited. Evil had its hand in the game; the place was cursed. Cursed like the young couples who soon died and had to dance in the procession of the damned, up into the eternal ice to seek forgiveness.

In the early sixties, the new world breaks into the Walliser mountain village of Plon: With a dam as high as the Eiffel Tower, the electric company seals off the Furgger gap. The shadow of the dam casts over the valley. The Seegut, the farm of the long-established Rothen family, is flooded.

Almost forty years later, a mysterious diver swims through the submerged Seegut. He detaches a crucifix from the wall and breaks it into small pieces. From then on, and only at night, when the poor souls in the procession of the damned ascend to the glacier ridges, the people of Plon hear the tolling of the Merkhammers again, which once monitored the holy waters of the irrigation channels. Silv.
