Completely newly designed prayer and hymn book: It contains - like the previous Gotteslob - a so-called "core section" that is the same for all dioceses, and (starting with number 700) a "local section" that includes texts, songs, refrains, etc., which are considered particularly important in the respective diocese. Both sections are structured in parallel with the same thematic sequence: At the beginning, there are prayers and worship models for various situations and occasions in the home environment. The hymns are then assigned to the rhythm of time and important life situations.
