Product details

Alarm at the police: The "Paradiso" is about to be blown up in a few minutes! Al-Qaeda or ...? For some, gaining entry into clubs and nightclubs becomes a sheer nerve-wracking experience. How far can people go who no longer want to settle for a shadowy existence on the fringes of society, but instead want to participate? The play portrays the stories of homeless immigrants, like Jalil's family, who vehemently shut themselves off from modern society and thus cannot experience a positive sense of home or pass it on to their children. The younger generation often finds itself caught in between and struggles to build an identity: Many are born here, are "Germans," but are often marginalized because of their appearance. When the feeling of home fails to establish itself in either the country of origin or in Germany, and when setbacks are repeatedly encountered in everyday life.
