Globi delves into the topic of democracy. What is democracy? Who invented it? How does it work? In Globi's latest non-fiction book, the focus is on a very important subject that children can also participate in: democracy! It exists not only in the Federal Palace in Bern. Children practice it at school and while playing. Villagers meet in the gym or in the village square for this purpose. It is even applied in the chocolate factory. This time, Globi has a very special companion: Helvetia herself! She travels with him across Switzerland, introduces him to important places, connects him with various people, tells him about personalities and events that have shaped democracy in Switzerland, and explains to him about forms of government, how a state functions, and much, much more.
