Gesundheitsförderung an Berufsfachschulen für Krankenpflege

The demographic development in the Federal Republic of Germany and the associated increase in the number of people in need of care are becoming increasingly significant. Accordingly, it is essential to inspire young motivated individuals to pursue training in nursing professions, while also retaining them within the institution and ensuring their well-being. Health-promoting measures, concepts, and improvements to the framework conditions are considered indispensable. These need to be analyzed and further developed. The aim of the work was to derive recommendations for health promotion for school leaders at vocational schools for health and nursing care from the responses of the participants.
