Gesundheitscoaching

The aspects and influences of health described in the book, the scientifically based integrative coaching concept and the results of conducted interviews with experts from the health sector show the high demands on a concept of health coaching in the existing health system. 14 theses are formulated, which a health coaching with professional standards should fulfil. Health is understood as a dynamic event. Personal health has to be constantly "created" anew. "In order to coach health" a differentiated multi-perspective view is necessary. The integrative approach has "answers" to the respective theses for the practice. An integrative health coaching offers the coachee possibilities for personal development and change processes and thus for the development of personal sovereignty.
