Geschichte und ihre Didaktik unterrichten

Michael Sauer is one of the most renowned history educators in Germany, who has published on many aspects of the discipline. On the occasion of his retirement, this festschrift features contributions from colleagues who engage with Sauer's ideas and reflect on the further development of the discipline. The articles thus represent the broad field in which the honoree has been active in history education. They range from empirical studies to theory and pragmatics.
