In court-related mediation, a judge who is not assigned to decide the specific legal dispute assists the parties in conflict in reaching a resolution through mediation. This work not only provides a comprehensive examination of court-related mediation in general but also presents and evaluates previous model attempts to implement court-related mediation into judicial procedures, as well as the permissibility of a widespread introduction of court-related mediation. Furthermore, a draft for a legal regulation of court-related mediation is developed, with a focus on examining court-related mediation in administrative, social, and financial jurisdiction.
