The "Iron Curtain Trail" is a comprehensive guide that takes cyclists on a historical journey along the former border of the Warsaw Pact. This route stretches from the Barents Sea to the Black Sea coast, connecting not only European culture and history but also promoting sustainable tourism. The landscapes along the way are diverse and offer unique habitats that have developed in the former border strip, now known as the European Green Belt. The revised edition includes detailed maps that allow cyclists to explore the 4,000-kilometer route from the Barents Sea to Riga. The maps are presented at a larger scale of 1:120,000 for the section from Helsinki to Riga and 1:400,000 for the area from Grense Jakobselv to Vaalimaa, facilitating precise navigation and planning of the cycling tour.
