Gemeinsames Sorgerecht am Ende einer schwierigen Ehe

The aim of this article is to analyze joint custody following the tumultuous end of a marriage and the well-being of children and adolescents. Additionally, it will examine the development of the family since its beginnings, the constitution in relation to the establishment of ECRIAD, family law, and the issue of parental alienation. This phenomenon is characterized by one parent unjustifiably demoralizing the image of the other to the child or adolescent, simply out of anger for not accepting the end of the relationship, out of revenge, frustration, or even for financial reasons. Furthermore, it highlights how joint custody operates and how it addresses the emergence of conflicts.
