Elisabeth Fülscher continuously updated her extensive collection. Now, "Fülscher Today" picks up the thread and weaves it into a book that inspires both reading and cooking. In 15 chapters, the cooking world of the past is reflected in our relationship with culinary topics today. Eight authors share essays explaining why the man was absent in "Fülscher," what was considered healthy, and how our relationship with animals has changed. For each topic, editor Susanne Vögeli recreated the recipes and adapted them to contemporary habits. She shares her observations and experiences in a straightforward and inspiring manner.
