Creative, cosmopolitan, regional – Viktoria Fuchs reinterprets game cuisine in a completely new way. In the sixth generation, Viktoria Fuchs, along with her sister Kristin, runs the Romantik Hotel and Restaurant Spielweg in the Black Forest. When they took over the traditional restaurant with hotel, both were just in their early twenties. Viktoria is responsible for the kitchen and has quickly managed to bring a fresh breeze to her father Karl-Josef's well-known game cuisine. With influences from international cuisine, she presents a completely new face of game dishes. On her menu, you can find wild boar dim sum, wild boar loin with hazelnut crust, or wild blood sausage with grilled scallops. Viktoria Fuchs cooks creatively, cosmopolitan, and regionally – her passion lies in local products, which she gives a unique twist with ingredients from East Asia and the Far East. Her cooking style is effortless and warmly cheerful, just like herself. Grounded yet wild-style, her culinary art can be described as fuchsteufelswild! Awarded the German Cookbook Prize Gold.
