The question of how to shape or find the meaning of life has accompanied humanity since time immemorial. It seems to have become widely recognized that life is not only a matter of quantity but also of quality. Fulfilling one's own life—meaning the time we have available on Earth, which is always threatened by its end—correctly and, above all, meaningfully is a fundamental need of every person who has not yet blinded themselves with image addiction and useless information. When we usually talk about life, we are referring not only to our individual living space, which we shape according to our own needs, but also to our lifetime with its various crises and stages of development, as well as the zeitgeist surrounding us. How we manage the time available to us is crucial.
