You can't describe it, you have to experience it for yourself ...
System constellations are a profound tool for the future. They show that people are fundamentally empathic and that intuition is closely linked to the environment.
We constantly and unconsciously empathise with our environment and adapt to it. This is reflected in the fact that we always feel and behave a little differently in every contact. Sometimes so extreme that we ask ourselves: &bdquo,What am I actually doing here?
In systemic constellations, the natural gift of empathising with the environment is applied in a targeted way and used for creative development, project development and problem solving in all areas.
Olaf Jacobsen developed the &bdquo,Free System Constellations&ldquo, in 2003. Here, everyone can experiment freely and independently with their own constellation. With the help of this book, you can learn system constellations from scratch in a playful way. Free System Constellations are simple, fun and do not require a therapeutic framework.
Four structured chapters describe how you can learn, carry out and organise Free System Constellations. The first chapter is about constellations with yourself alone &ndash, with the help of colour fields that are placed on the floor. In the second chapter, Olaf Jacobsen describes how to set up in pairs. This can be very helpful in counselling situations. The third chapter describes how constellations can be used in a small circle of friends. And the last chapter explains how to optimally organise free constellations in larger groups.
