Frau Helbing und die tödlichen Weihnachtsplätzchen

Mrs Helbing's Christmas has never been so exciting. Her brother-in-law Walter, who lives in the USA, has unexpectedly announced his visit for Christmas Eve to enjoy a celebration in "good old Germany" just like in her childhood. And on 25 December, Mrs Helbing will be performing on stage in front of a select Hamburg audience! Heide has persuaded her to take on a role in the comedy Tratsch im Treppenhaus, which is to be performed at the St. Pauli Theatre in honour of her old friend Dr Rheder on his birthday. When the birthday boy, who naturally wants to play the leading role, attends rehearsals for the first time, the ambitious director Alexander Krey is in for a big shock: After suffering a stroke, the supposed stage star has trouble speaking. Shortly afterwards, Krey is found dead in his dressing room - he has eaten a Christmas biscuit poisoned with cyanide. As Mrs Helbing had also baked biscuits, she is one of the suspects. All the more reason for the amateur detective to find the real murderer ....
