Franz Martin Olbrisch

Franz Martin Olbrisch, born in 1952 in Mülheim/Ruhr, categorizes his works into orchestral and ensemble pieces, chamber music and solo works, tape music, pieces with a visual component, and group works. Recently, the composer has garnered significant attention, particularly for his radiophonic audio pieces. This volume discusses these pieces, his sound installations, as well as orchestral works like 'Craquele' (2010) and references to the works of other composers within an impressively broad, multifaceted, and above all, profound body of work.
