This book was created out of a desire to foster understanding for children with specific learning difficulties, learning problems, and challenges in emotional and social behavior. It explores the underlying causes of these issues to help comprehend disturbances and presents ways for early support. The author provides an overview of human sensory systems and discusses persistent residual reactions of early childhood reflexes. She describes possibilities and experiences from years of working with movement programs aimed at integrating these residual reactions.
