Flucht in die Schären

A thriller set against the idyllic backdrop of the Swedish archipelago. Nora Linde, the chief prosecutor of the Economic Crime Authority, has a dangerous opponent: the leader of Stockholm's drug scene, Andreis Kovač. She has charged him with tax evasion, as there is not enough evidence for drug trafficking and money laundering. But Nora is not the only one fighting against the drug lord. His young wife, Mina, is in desperate flight from him after he nearly beat her to death. All she wants is to protect her little son. She is taken to safety, and hardly anyone knows where she is. She is the key witness in the upcoming trial, provided Nora can convince her to testify. Andreis would do anything to eliminate his opponents and get Mina back. He will stop at nothing to achieve his goals, and Mina's supporters are his enemies. When a murder occurs, Thomas Andreasson gets drawn into the case, and Nora takes increasingly greater risks to protect Mina.
