The three progressively structured letter workbooks contain an open reading and writing curriculum for early education. Students can work at their own individual pace. Each letter is covered over three double pages, providing ample space for each learning area. The ritualized structure and recurring task formats support independent work. The areas of reading and writing are regularly linked in Workbook 2. The tasks are visibly assigned to three different symbols I-III. The learning objectives increase in complexity from I to III. The tasks at level III are puzzle tasks and can be solved optionally. Tools for self-assessment enable students to reflect on their learning progress. Stop sign symbols indicate the accompanying assessment in the Flex and Flora assessment workbook. The letters covered in Workbook 2 are: Nn, Ww, Rr, Tt, Au au, Pp, Ei ei, Dd, Sch sch, Kk, Hh, Bb.
