Knowing the learning level of the individual child plays a major role in modern teaching. The Flex and Flora diagnostic booklet offers learning status checks at key points in the four booklets.

The tasks contained in the diagnostic booklet are related to and coordinated with the units in the four booklets. Only when a child has reached the appropriate learning level check in the diagnostic booklet via the stop sign at the end of a unit and has successfully completed it should they move on to new units. The learning progress checks are therefore inserted between the work on the units at an individual point in time, depending on the child's learning speed. The children work on the learning progress checks independently. The diagnostic booklet accompanies the children throughout the school year and illustrates the individual learning process.

The teacher can then analyse these directly on the back pages. The support copy templates then offer customised materials. The teacher materials also contain further information and tips on support measures.
