Phil Capone studied guitar at Newcastle College and the prestigious Guildhall School of Music in London. In addition to his teaching at the Guitar Institute and King Albert School in London, he regularly writes for Total Guitar Magazine and is a well-known figure in the London jazz scene, both as a solo artist and with his own quintet.
