Whether at home or on the move: you can easily expand your vocabulary with the audio CDs (the third CD also contains the audio material in MP3 format). You will practise the 1,000 most important words and phrases on practical topics such as family and friends, small talk and flirting, living, shopping, travel and transport, school, work and career, communication, health, leisure and recreation, nature and the environment.

You first hear the German word or phrase, followed by a pause in which you are asked to translate the word into the foreign language. Then you hear the solution, which you can repeat in a second pause. This will help you practise your pronunciation and consolidate what you have learnt. In addition to the audio CDs, we also offer the audio recordings in MP3 format.
