Female pastors and other religious actors are present on social media. Within the framework of various platform logics, they introduce themselves and their profession, aiming to fulfill core pastoral tasks such as preaching and counseling. This volume focuses on these presences and explores how they stimulate a new (self-)reflection on the image of female pastors, particularly in light of the public nature of the media. Beyond the pastoral theological context, the contributions also consider Christian and Muslim influencing in a broader sense, as well as independent ritual providers and everyday users.
