The earlier a child comes into contact with a foreign language, the easier it learns. Education, teaching, and the school system play a crucial role in preserving and nurturing culture as well as in learning a foreign language. Nowadays, the development of communication skills in language acquisition is at the forefront. Traditions and customs facilitate interpersonal contact even in everyday life. When engaging with these topics during a language lesson, the values and norms of the children are shaped. The foreign language learner is capable of thinking in that language and can express themselves at the level they have learned. They are able to write freely and can thus directly enjoy the culture and values of the language they have learned. Teaching a foreign language is one of the most rewarding things, especially when children can express and communicate in that foreign language, and I can accompany them on their journey.
