That a xenophobic client would turn to Vijay Kumar was something the private detective could never have imagined. With his demanding Indian mother and now also his future mother-in-law, who constantly brings up the topic of marriage, Vijay doesn't exactly feel like a model Swiss. However, for Adrian Bühler, an Indian is still the lesser evil compared to a German. He is tormented by the question of whether his wife is cheating on him with a German. During his surveillance, Vijay snaps a few photos of Bühler's wife, Jasmin, in a compromising situation with a man who looks Middle Eastern. He keeps this discovery to himself to avoid further fueling his client's anger. When Jasmin's Syrian lover is found shot dead, Adrian Bühler disappears. Vijay feels responsible and makes it his mission to find Bühler.
