Muscular connective tissue plays a significant role in well-being, mobility, performance, and health. The so-called fasciae transmit the power of the muscles, communicate with the nervous system, serve as sensory organs, provide protection and facilitate the exchange of substances in the internal organs, and form the foundation for an attractive body shape. What was previously attributed only to muscles can also be done by connective tissue: it responds to stress and stimuli, and when fasciae become stuck or adhere, pain and movement issues can result. Therefore, fasciae should be specifically trained—10 minutes twice a week is sufficient.
