The standard test for family relationships now in its 9th edition The Family Relationship Test (F. B. T. ) is a classic among projective test procedures. It consists of a series of ambiguous pictures depicting family situations. How people describe these pictures is significantly influenced by their own family situation. As a result, the test provides insight into the different forms of relationships between Family members. It can be used to decipher the feelings and attitudes of individual family members and how they subjectively perceive family constellations. The test is suitable for both children and adults.
