Fallstudien zur Digitalen Transformation

This book illustrates the effects of digital transformation through case studies. Current practical cases from various industries and companies demonstrate what digitalization means for managers and employees, as well as how it affects us all as citizens. The case studies address different levels of consideration and dimensions of companies: starting from the industry level, through the perspective of strategic corporate management on the company and its business model(s) and transformation measures, to individual functional areas such as marketing, sales, human resources, and supply chain management. A particular focus is placed on the digital transformation of business models. The case studies can be used in teaching and training seminars – at the bachelor's and master's level, as well as in MBA courses.
