The aim of this collection of cases is to demonstrate to students in Bachelor's and Master's programs how to handle theoretical foundations and topics through concrete cases, enabling them to optimally apply what they have learned from lectures, textbooks, and exercises in an exam.

The collection includes the most important issues from the General Part of Criminal Law and presents the methodological approach to case resolution in a legal opinion style. The solution proposals for the 13 cases related to the General Part and the 6 cases concerning Criminal Procedure Law also include references to literature and case law, as well as comments on evaluation. Therefore, they are suitable both as a supplement for the first semesters of study, where the focus is on learning and applying case resolution techniques, and for revision for advanced students preparing for exams.
