This volume contains a balanced and comprehensive collection of a total of 63 easier and more challenging cases with solutions related to the General Part of Swiss Contract Law (OR). The second edition reflects developments in teaching and jurisprudence and includes seven cases that have been fully or partially revised. The cases can be solved individually or worked through systematically: the division into smaller and larger cases allows students or candidates for the bar exam not only to assess their skills on specific topics but also to simulate exam situations based on complex problems. All cases in Volume I can be solved without knowledge of the OR BT. The volume can be used independently, but also in conjunction with the theoretical book "OR General Part and Special Part."
