The book "Expression of p53 in Prostate Cancer Patients" offers a comprehensive analysis of the role of the tumor suppressor gene p53 in prostate cancer (CaP). Prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed non-dermatological solid malignancy and has a high metastasis rate. The study investigates the expression of p53 in prostate cancer patients compared to a control group. By applying real-time qPCR, 32 samples were analyzed to illuminate the significance of p53 in tumor development and metastasis. The research was conducted over a period of one year at the National University of Science and Technology in Islamabad. The results of this study are significant for understanding the biological mechanisms that contribute to the onset and progression of prostate cancer and could highlight potential approaches for future therapeutic strategies.
