Evaluate work - evaluate personnel

Ten years ago the function evaluation procedure Abakaba (Analytical evaluation of work activities according to Katz and Baitsch) was published for the first time. In the meantime, Abakaba has been and is being applied in practice, further developed and supplemented by "Abakaba.Person", a system for assessing individual work quality (performance assessment). With the professional support of the authors alone, more than 3000 different functions have been analysed and evaluated with Abakaba in various public and private sector organisations.ß There is still great interest in Abakaba. A new version of the publication has been urgently needed for some time now. This contains many additions and changes as well as a number of reports from the field, so that the new publication is attractive not only for those who no longer receive a copy of the out-of-print editions.
