The 28th edition of the collection of texts on European law includes the EU Treaty, the TFEU, the Charter of Fundamental Rights, the General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Act, the Data Governance Act, as well as other important foundational texts of European law. Additionally, it encompasses the Statute of the Council of Europe and the ECHR along with its key protocols. The provisions on judicial and police cooperation in criminal and civil matters include the decisions on Europol and the European Arrest Warrant, as well as the Brussels I Regulation. The collection features a detailed introduction by Prof. em. Dr. Roland Bieber from the University of Lausanne, one of the leading figures in the field of European Union law.
