The Salzburg chef with accolades and stars, Andreas Kaiblinger, is a unique figure in the culinary scene. Known as an unconventional yet down-to-earth top chef, he specializes in the art of cooking, the origin of products, and the joy of dining, making him one of the best in his field in Austria. In his gourmet restaurant "Esszimmer" (awarded three toques and one star), which he runs with his wife Andrea Kaiblinger, he has been successfully delighting Salzburg locals as well as international guests and well-known personalities for many years. In the summer of 2016, Andreas Kaiblinger became the first star chef in the country to start his own food blog. He named the project "Essen Lieben" and creates recipes that are divided into three categories: "Light & Creative," "Vegetarian & Vegan," and "Conscious & Delicious.".
