The introduction to Spanish law and Spanish legal terminology provides law students and legal trainees with commonly used vocabulary and expressions in the Spanish legal language. At the same time, it helps translators acquire specialized knowledge of the German legal language. Thematically, the work covers constitutional law, fundamental rights, contract law, criminal law, corporate and labor law, family and inheritance law, as well as jurisdiction, following an introductory presentation of legal sources. Each topic is illustrated with one to two examples, and practical exercises assist in the application of the law. The illustrations playfully accompany the exercises.
