ERP-System-Auswahl und -Implementierung

The goal is to develop a guideline which on the one hand shows the important theoretical aspects of an ERP selection and implementation and on the other hand is to make the topic more lively and above all more practical by means of a real "Best Practice". The focus is to create a thesis from the existing literature, which considers all necessary success criteria and provides a complete overview of the selection and implementation of an ERP system. This bachelor thesis should show that organizational deficits and problems cannot be solved by using hardware and software alone. The use of ERP software always affects the entire company, its employees and their lived processes. The question arises how an ERP selection and implementation can look like in order to make the ERP software successful.
