New imaginative adventure landscapes can be conjured from well-known gymnastics equipment, which inspire children as well as adults and inspire them to move. Gymnastics becomes an experience again. The focus is not on the laborious learning of standardized movements, but on playful, voluntary movement. Fun, joy and motivation arise from voluntary activities. The aim is to offer a practical handbook, which is characterised by a wealth of ideas and can be a stimulus for the most varied hours of movement.
