Inheritance law is of high practical relevance and thus represents a significant area of law in education, featuring numerous intersections with other legal fields. The LiteraB Inheritance Law is structured modularly and covers the fundamentals, statutory inheritance, and the right to a compulsory share (Chapter 1), testamentary succession (Chapter 2), contesting dispositions upon death (Chapter 3), consideration of lifetime gifts (Chapter 4), the inheritance process (Chapter 5), and special issues (connections to marital property law, provisions and insurance, as well as corporate and agricultural inheritance law; Chapter 6). The modular presentation of the material allows students to access inheritance law through individual topics and beyond to the intersecting areas.
