Entwicklung eines SCADA-Überwachungssystems in Echtzeit

Current and future modern industrial systems are very complex and contain millions of parameters that need to be captured, monitored, controlled, and managed in real-time. For this purpose, SCADA systems for monitoring, control, and data acquisition are essential. This book consists of the study, modeling, programming, and development of human-machine interfaces (HMI) to monitor the MPS PA 204, part of the hybrid AFB system from the manufacturer FESTO, in real-time. We have developed and presented mathematical models of the examined station. In our research, we used the SIMATIC MANAGER STEP7 software for programming Siemens PLC industrial programmable controllers and the SIMATIC WinCC Flexible software for developing human-machine interfaces. All results are presented in the form of figures, tables, and curves with interpretations.
