Entwicklung eines Rahmens für die Bewertung der ERP-Vorabimplementierung

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are increasingly being used in companies and government agencies in industrialized countries, while developing countries are lagging far behind. However, due to recent economic growth, developing countries like Ethiopia are becoming increasingly targeted by ERP providers. Therefore, it is now urgent to understand the challenges of ERP implementation in developing countries. The results of this study are likely to be significant for various stakeholders. ERP implementers can also identify ecological and internal requirements and prepare accordingly. Given the complexity and integrated nature of ERP and the associated high investments, it is essential for companies to study the experiences of others and learn from their practices and success factors.
