Entwicklung einer Rauchgas-Reinigungsvorrichtung

In today's heat and power industry, exhaust emissions remain a problem. The wide variety of cleaning devices does not cover all environmental requirements. The use of low-quality mixtures of coal and heating oil increases emissions of carcinogenic tars such as benzene, phenanthrene, and pyrene. These are particularly prevalent during the startup of boiler systems and in transient operating conditions. The outdated equipment of the boiler system must also be considered, as it does not always ensure a timely achievement of the desired operating state. Carcinogenic tars tend to accumulate in the human body, making their removal from flue gases an acute issue. Previous devices have proven to be insufficiently effective in eliminating tar. This highlights the need to develop new methods and devices for gas cleaning. Our proposal is to use a contact heat exchanger as a filter for flue gas cleaning. The fundamental idea is the temperature separation of one substance from another, which should also promote the hydrodynamic effects provided by the shape of the ejector.
