Product details
In many companies, employee surveys are part of the standard repertoire of change management and personnel management. Integrated into operational processes, they can initiate and steer change processes, thereby contributing to the improvement of a company's competitiveness. Despite their widespread use, there are currently very few evaluation studies on the effectiveness of this tool. Christian Liebig examines the effectiveness of employee surveys and demonstrates that the following points are essential for their success: the results must be communicated in a differentiated manner, problem areas must be identified, and appropriate intervention measures must be derived, implemented, and evaluated. If this is not done, the potential of an employee survey will not be fully utilized, and negative effects may even occur.
