Emotionale Kompetenz bei Kindern

The concept of emotional competence encompasses a range of skills in the areas of emotional expression, emotional understanding, and emotional regulation. Emotionally competent children are aware of their own feelings, can express them both non-verbally and verbally, and can regulate them independently. They can recognize and understand the feelings of others and behave empathically and pro-socially in their interactions.
