Susan David holds a PhD in Psychology and a postdoctoral position in emotion research from Yale. She is a psychologist at Harvard Medical School and the founder and director of the Institute of Coaching, affiliated with Harvard/McLean. Susan is the CEO of Evidence Based Psychology, whose international client list includes Ernst & Young Global, the UN Development Programme, JP Morgan Chase, and GlaxoSmithKline. She has published several books, including the Oxford Handbook of Happiness, and her research has been featured in the Harvard Business Review, TIME, and the Wall Street Journal. Born in South Africa, Susan now lives with her family in Boston.
