The dialogical concept initially designed for parental education was first published in 2005. The resulting force is noticeably felt in the surrounding societal fields. The central idea of the author: Whether in daycare centers, schools, healthcare, authorities, the legal system, or associations - the system in which relationships and education, health, and potential development are negotiated needs a dialogical culture instead of a judgmental and instructive one. A culture that enables adults to meet each other as equals and for adults and children to value and respect each other unconditionally. A culture that understands education as personal development.
