Product details
The book "Elliptic and Parabolic Robin Problems on Lipschitz Domains" by Robin Nittka offers a comprehensive investigation of the regularity of quasi-linear elliptic and parabolic equations with Robin boundary conditions on Lipschitz domains. The author demonstrates that solutions to elliptic problems with Neumann boundary conditions are Hölder continuous up to the boundary under very mild assumptions, which resembles the optimal assumptions for interior Hölder regularity. These results are used to also show global Hölder regularity for Robin problems. Furthermore, it is proven that the corresponding operator in the space of continuous functions is m-accretive, thus generating a strongly continuous nonlinear semigroup. This work is aimed at professionals and students engaged in the theory of elliptic and parabolic equations.
