The Industrial Master serves as a comprehensive standard work for the cross-disciplinary part of the Industrial Master training, supporting and promoting the fundamental qualifications, which represent the most important further education opportunity in the industrial-technical field from the very beginning. The structure is based on the framework plan for Certified Industrial Masters in the Metal sector, adopted by the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DIHK). This ensures clarity for instructors and course participants, as well as completeness regarding what is required in the exams for cross-disciplinary basic qualifications. Textbook 1 covers the subject of Legal Awareness and includes an introduction to learning and working methodologies. Textbook 2 focuses on Business Management. Textbook 3 addresses topics such as Information, Communication, Planning, Collaboration in the Workplace, Natural Sciences, and Technology. The Practice and Examination Book contains action-oriented tasks, situational tasks related to personnel and leadership, each with proposed solutions, and a comprehensive collection of programmed and open subject questions, also with solutions. All four books are included in the complete package. The professional and educational part of the Industrial Master training is conveyed in the works Field of Action Training, Trainer Qualification, and The Vocational Trainer. Additionally, references are made to the learning programs in Mathematics and Statistics, and Physics and Chemistry, as well as to the book Basic Knowledge in Quality Management.
